Application:
Fully Enclosed Type High Efficiency Vacuum Insulating Oil Purification Plant for Power Plant Maintenance, ZYD High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipments that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters. It can remove the free and dissolved water, gas and particles from oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make sure the electric device running safely. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.

The Mobile Regeneration System (Model ZYD-M) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The ZYD-M system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but its main application is in the removal of acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. The ZYD-M Model is mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.
