Fully Enclosed Type Bipolar Vacuum Dielectric Oil Purification Machine 9000Liters/Hour, Vacuum Oil Dehydration Plant, Transformer Oil Purification System, Insulating Oil Filtration Machine Model ZYD-150(9000LPM) is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipments that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters. It can remove the free and dissolved water, gas and particles from oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make sure the electric device running safely. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.

Product Description:
As is well known the Transformer plays an important role in the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Under load the transformer, dissipates heat and the insulating oil acts as a coolant as well as an effective dielectric.
Due to the highly hygroscopic nature of the transformer oil, it absorbs moisture from windings, which leads to gradual deterioration of dielectric strength. Also there are some waste impurities, gas contents in the transformer oil which destroy the oil’s quality.
REXON oil purifier is the most efficient and economical purification system.
This oil purification plant is applied to filter various of unqualified insulation oils including aging transformer oil specially for the power which is above 110KV, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line.
The oil technical data after treatment:
1. Gas content is less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size is less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Water content is less than 3 part per million
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) is more than 75KV
4. Acidity value is less than 0.01 mg KOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ is less than 0.001
