Fully Enclosed Type Bipolar Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine 12000Liters/Hour, Rexon Aluminium Alloy Enclosed Doors Type Dielectric Oil Treatment Machine is a ultra high vacuum oil dehydration system for Dielectric Transformer Oil Purification and Oil Regeneration. This dielectric oil filtration system can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength, effectively making sure electric equipment working safely and normally. It's particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work on-site. Meanwhile, it can be used as independent vacuum resource with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

The Mobile Regeneration System (Model ZYD-M) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The ZYD-M system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but its main application is in the removal of acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. The ZYD-M Model is mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.
